How we engage.
Aurelian Mercantile works with three categories of counterparty. The terms and the diligence are different for each.
For licensed sellers at origin
If you are a licensed exporter in a producing country with verifiable mine origin and a documented export licence, the firm engages with you directly. You should expect a structured onboarding process, independent verification of your standing and your supply chain, and a clear contract that documents the price formula, the assay protocol, the settlement instrument and the timing.
What we offer is working capital that finances shipment, insurance and export, transparent settlement against independent assay, and a long term commercial relationship for sellers who meet the firm’s standards on origin, governance and bankability.
For refineries and offtake counterparties
If you are an approved refinery or a contracted offtake counterparty, you should expect flows from Aurelian Mercantile to arrive with declared origin, complete shipping and customs documentation, independent assay, full sanctions and counterparty screening clearance, and a clean settlement instruction.
The firm does not substitute, repackage, blend or obscure provenance. The metal that arrives is the metal that was shipped, from the seller that was disclosed, with the documentation that was promised at the front of the transaction.
For institutions and banks
If you are a bank conducting onboarding, a credit institution evaluating exposure, or an institutional capital allocator considering co investment, you should expect Aurelian Mercantile to operate as a documented receivables finance house with a published compliance perimeter, independent audit, an accountable compliance function, and a foundation purpose that survives institutional diligence.
Documentation, structured access to records and counterparty references are available on appropriate terms to any institution conducting bona fide due diligence.
